IT Service Desk Administrator

We are looking for a dedicated IT Service Desk Administrator to join a dynamic IT team on a 12-month temporary contract. The successful candidate will provide first- and second-line support within a fast-paced environment, with a focus on ManageEngine IT service management tools. Key Responsibilities: Provide first- and second-line IT support via email, phone, and ticketing systems. Use ManageEngine to log, track, and resolve IT incidents and service requests. Monitor tickets, escalate issues where required, and ensure timely resolution. Maintain IT documentation, inventory, and asset records. Assist with routine administrative tasks, software updates, and system maintenance. Participate in IT projects and change management activities as needed. Requirements: Previous experience in a Service Desk or IT support role. Familiarity with ManageEngine or similar IT service management (ITSM) tools. Understanding of ITIL principles and IT support best practices. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and organizational abilities. Desirable: Experience working in a corporate or multi-site IT environment. Working knowledge of networks, hardware, and software support.
