What You Will Be Doing Lead end-to-end service design and operating models. Own Service Design Packages and operational readiness activities. Define support structures, ownership models, SLAs and governance controls. Partner with infrastructure, cloud, application, security and supplier teams. Ensure smooth transition of services into BAU operations. Drive operational resilience, regulatory alignment and continual improvement. What We Are Looking For Strong experience in Service Design, Service Transition or Service Introduction. Proven ability to build service operating models from scratch.
