IT Service Delivery Analyst

CK Group are recruiting for a IT Service Delivery Analyst-to join a global healthcare provider to hospitals, clinics and homes in Swindon on a contract basis for 12 months initially.-

Salary:

-15.38 - -17.43 per hour PAYE-

IT Service Delivery Analyst-Role:

• Responsible for direct technical End User support, addressing hardware, software, & 1st level network issues
• Installs, configures, & maintains IT equipment & software to ensure operational efficiency.
• Works closely with stakeholders to understand their needs & translates them into technical specifications.
• Participates in the testing & deployment of new systems, ensuring they meet the organization''s needs.
• Provides first-level technical support to end-users facing issues with hardware, software, or network services.

Your Background:

• Certifications relevant to the specific IT domain are advantageous. (e.g., CompTIA; Network''s)-
• Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) or Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) certification is desired.
• Previous direct technical support experience.
• Work experience within a pharmaceutical manufacturing and/or laboratory environment is preferred but not required
