Amongst their customers is one of the UK''s biggest hospitality businesses and they are looking for an IT Configuration Administrator to support the maintenance and improvement of Configuration Management and service information held within the ServiceNow platform.The main areas of focus will be administration, data quality and record maintenance and you will work with IT teams to gather missing information, check the accuracy of existing records and update Configuration Items, Services and Service Offerings within ServiceNow.Whilst this is not a technical CMDB design or Service Mapping position a really good level of attention to detail and IT skillset is vital as It is an administration focused role working withKey Responsibilities IT and ServiceNow AdministrationMaintain and update Configuration Item records within ServiceNowCreate, amend and retire records following agreed processesUpdate CI information including ownership, support groups, status and other key attributesReview records for missing or inaccurate informationCarry out routine CMDB housekeeping and data cleansingUpdate relationships between records where information has been provided and validatedMaintain Service and Service Offering ..... full job details .....
