About the role: We have a vacancy for an apprentice to join our busy IT Security Team, based at our Head Office in the North East. You will work closely with the other members of the Security team, assist the IT support team with handling of tickets and calls, whilst liaising with all departments across all Pacifica sites in person or virtually so excellent interpersonal skills are a must.
