The role Build and grow your own book of business across IT support, managed services, cloud, and cyber security. Run a full 360 sales cycle: prospecting, booking your own meetings, leading discovery, presenting solutions, and closing new business. Take ongoing ownership of clients post-sale, driving renewals, upsell and cross-sell opportunities to increase account value over time. Maintain consistent, targeted sales activity across calls, email, LinkedIn and events to keep your pipeline healthy and predictable. Keep CRM records accurate and up to date, giving full visibility on pipeline, forecasts, and account plans. About you 2 3 years'' experience in IT sales (B2B), ideally within an MSP or tech / IT services environment. Proven track record of winning new business and then growing accounts over time. Confident communicator with strong discovery, objection-handling and closing skills.
