Do you speak fluent French and want to play a key role in driving European hiring growth for a major global professional services firm? We are seeking a French-Speaking Strategic Sourcer to join an established recruitment hub in Newcastle. In this role, you will act as the driving engine behind top-of-funnel talent discovery, partnering with recruiters and hiring managers to engage high-calibre candidates across the French market. You will be responsible for Talent Sourcing: Develop and execute creative outreach strategies across LinkedIn, job boards, and professional networks to identify passive tech and consulting talent in France. Candidate Engagement and Screening: Conduct initial telephone and video interviews in French and English to evaluate candidates'' skills, background, and cultural fit. Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner directly with recruiters and business leaders to define target candidate profiles and deliver detailed shortlist briefs. Pipeline Management: Build and maintain an active talent pool for both current hiring needs and future headcount demands.
