Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the reporting workstream
* To deliver the Day One Reporting Catalogue and any other Reporting needs identified and managed into scope through Change Requests in line with the Reporting Strategy and the HCM Project Plan
* Act as the primary point of contact between the business, internal IT teams, and the System Integrator regarding all reporting activities
* Work with business stakeholders to identify and ensure the necessary feeds and support are provided into report delivery
* Assess and resolve reporting gaps and change impacts (proactively and reactively) resulting from the migration to Cloud through collaboration with business, functional and reporting subject matter experts
* Manage the successful testing and acceptance of reporting solutions to the new solution
* Provide leadership to a small team of reporting analysts
* Create and drive delivery plans and schedules, manage associated risks and issues, take ownership for quality, timely delivery but know when to escalate as necessary
* Work with Cyber Security and Data Protection workstreams as required to ensure the security of data throughout all phases of the project
What do you need?
* Demonstrable experience leading reporting workstreams for Oracle HCM Cloud implementations
* Strong understanding of EBS HR and Payroll processes and data structures
* Familiarity with the Oracle Cloud HCM data model and functionality
* Strong understanding of reporting tools including OTBI, BI Publisher, dashboards and previous experiences of legacy tools such as OBIEE
* Demonstrable experience working with System Integrators and managing 3rd party relationships
* Capable of interpreting/explaining reporting requirements, options and recommendations
* Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across business and IT teams
* A background in working in projects, preferably with larger companies (e.g. FTSE 100)
* Clear understanding of UK/EU GDPR data compliance as it relates to HR data
