CTS seeks to develop and bring to market innovative solutions.We are looking for a Repairs Engineer to work on-site at our Crawley based Service Centre. Together with your team you will diagnose and repair laptops and help in other areas of the operations department when needed.Key Tasks and Responsibilities:TechnicalDiagnose incoming laptops for defects and damage and log appropriately.Be able to install a windows operating system.Maintenance of equipment, specialist repairs/modifications upgrades, software/hardware enhancements within own capabilities.Diagnose a hardware problem vs Accidental Damage.Ability to provide "neat" fixing, including cleaning of devices and making sure the device is sealed properly. Training will be provided.Able to check work appropriately and feel empowered to feedback Update tickets with diagnostic results allocate ESD locations to repairs as part of our quality assurance process.Provide a basic level of Technical Support to end users on a 1st Line if needed.Update tickets with relevant Easy4u status in line with relevant ..... full job details .....
