IT Repair Technician

At Responsive Personnel we are excited to be looking for IT Repair Technicians to work with one of our respective clients.Duties and responsibilities:Configuration of devicesRepair assessments - viewing, identifying the problem and diagnosing faultFault Finding and plan of action to resolve problemsFitting of new parts to repair productTesting of product to ensure returned to full working orderThese repairs can be across a range of Chromebooks, Laptops, Tablets and Smartphones (Apple and Android)Key Skills and requirements: Previous experience and knowledge of repairs and operating systems is preferred although full on the job training will be given.Strong Organisation skillsExcellent Communication skillsTeamwork and interpersonal skillsComputer literateTime management skills as deadlines need to be met.Hours - 08:30 - 16:30.
