You will be working with high-profile client equipment, carrying out troubleshooting, repairs, and maintenance across a range of devices including PCs, laptops, printers, and point-of-sale equipment. Key Responsibilities: Diagnose and repair hardware issues across a range of IT equipment. Follow safety and procedures at all times. Work efficiently with minimal supervision, ensuring all work is completed to a high standard. Accurately complete paperwork and system entries. Liaise with the Senior Engineer to prioritise tasks and objectives. Contribute to process improvements and team development. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant technologies.
