IT Projects and Services Portfolio Manager

IT Projects and Services Portfolio Manager is required by a large, and well established IT company to lead and manage a growing portfolio of IT projects and business-as-usual (BAU) services. This role reports to the Group CIO and owns the end-to-end portfolio, ensuring it aligns with strategy and is delivered successfully across multiple programmes. Responsibilities: Leading and maintaining the enterprise-wide portfolio of IT projects and BAU services. Providing programme oversight, including risk management, governance, and assurance. Managing resource planning and allocation across the portfolio. Overseeing financial management, forecasting, and budget control. Ensuring portfolio alignment with business and technology strategy. Preparing high-quality reports for senior leadership, review forums, and board meetings. Maintaining data quality and accuracy across portfolio reporting. Working closely with the Programme Director to support major technology rollouts. Required experience and skills: Proven experience managing a complex IT portfolio within a large organisation.
