IT Project Manager

A fantastic opportunity for an experienced IT Project Manager to lead the delivery of business-critical projects within a growing Professional Services organisation. This role offers end-to-end ownership across a diverse portfolio, including system upgrades, business change initiatives, and compliance-focused projects during an exciting period of investment and expansion.

You''ll bring a strong Agile delivery background from within Professional Services (or a similar regulated environment), with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects while engaging effectively with senior stakeholders both internally and externally.

Location requirement:
Candidates must be UK-based, eligible to work in the UK, and within commuting distance of Southampton, Basingstoke, or Farnborough.

Key Requirements:

• 5+ years'' experience in Project Management within a regulated environment, managing senior stakeholders
• Proven track record delivering business system implementations and migrations
• Hands-on approach with a willingness to support delivery at all stages
• Strong understanding of compliance, cyber security, and risk frameworks
• Experience delivering projects within Microsoft environments (e.g. O365, Azure)
