Project Manager 14-Month Fixed-Term Contract £55,000 to £58,000 per annum Hybrid Working Bristol Based We are seeking an experienced and proactive IT Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of technology and business change initiatives across the organisation. This is a 14-month fixed-term contract. Working closely with senior stakeholders, suppliers and delivery teams, you will take ownership of projects from initial conception through to implementation, business-as-usual handover and benefits realisation. You will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and aligned with strategic objectives. Key Responsibilities as the IT Project Manager Lead end-to-end project delivery across technology and business change initiatives, using Agile, Waterfall or hybrid approaches. Define scope, objectives, deliverables, plans, budgets and timelines, whilst coordinating teams and resources to maintain momentum and achieve agreed milestones. Drive effective project governance and control, proactively managing risks, issues, dependencies, budgets and change. Provide clear and accurate reporting to project sponsors and senior stakeholders, ensuring robust decision-making throughout the project lifecycle. Build strong stakeholder and supplier relationships, working collaboratively with senior stakeholders, project sponsors, delivery teams and external partners.
