Neither is fully figured out yet - and that''s part of the appeal.On the Mandamp;A side, you''ll be doing this at pace and at volume. Some acquisitions are small - ten people, an MSP relationship, a handful of systems to migrate. Others are larger, more complex, and need proper planning, colleague engagement, and a playbook you''ll help build. You''ll be the person who understands what an acquired business actually has, talks to their people, manages the MSP conversations, and gets them across cleanly.On the modernisation side, you''ll be looking at Legacy environments and working out what needs rationalising, what needs replacing, and how to move it forward.
