IT Project Manager

Experienced Senior IT Project Manager to lead complex, business-critical technology programmes across a global organisation. This is a highly autonomous role in a flat, fast-moving environment. You will be expected to take ownership, make decisions and drive projects forward without requiring constant direction or hand-holding. The successful person will be comfortable working directly with senior stakeholders, technology teams, business functions and third-party suppliers across multiple countries and time zones. The Role You will take ownership of a portfolio of global IT initiatives, managing projects from initial business case and planning through delivery, implementation and benefits realisation. This will include coordinating multiple workstreams, managing dependencies, budgets, risks, vendors and competing stakeholder priorities across different regions. You will also: Lead mid-size to large global technology programmes from concept through to successful delivery. Manage multiple projects, stakeholders and priorities across different countries and business functions. Establish clear governance, project plans, budgets, risk management and executive reporting. Work closely with senior leadership and confidently challenge decisions or scope where appropriate. Manage external technology partners, consultancies, system integrators and software vendors.
