IT Project Manager (ERP / SAP Transformation)

FTC c.18 Months 60,000- 80,000 Essex (Hybrid) An exciting opportunity to lead a major SAP-led ERP transformation programme within a well-established UK organisation. You will take ownership of a business-critical implementation programme, working closely with senior stakeholders and implementation partners to deliver significant operational and systems change. This is a highly visible role combining project leadership, business change and stakeholder management, with responsibility for guiding a major ERP implementation from planning through to successful deployment and adoption. Core ResponsibilitiesLead the successful delivery of a major ERP implementation programme through to go-live and business adoption.Manage implementation partners, third-party suppliers and key project stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.Coordinate multiple workstreams, ensuring risks, dependencies and timelines are effectively managed.Establish programme governance, reporting structures and delivery controls.Oversee testing, training, business readiness and change management activities.Work closely with Finance, Operations and Technology teams to support successful implementation and adoption.Provide regular programme updates to senior leadership and executive stakeholders.
