IT Project Manager - Windows 365 Rollout

Location: Sheffield (3 days onsite per week)
Contract: Initial 6 months (likely extension)
Rate: 575.00 Inside IR35
Start: Immediate

We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager / Delivery Lead to lead regional delivery of a major Windows 365 (Cloud PC) transformation programme within a large global (finance) enterprise whereby you will drive successful local execution, coordinate stakeholders, manage risks, and ensure deployment and adoption targets are achieved.

Key Responsibilities
Lead regional delivery of the Windows 365 (Cloud PC) rollout.
Coordinate stakeholders, deployment teams, and change networks.
Manage local communications, readiness activities, pilots, and UAT.
Track deployment progress, adoption metrics, risks, and dependencies.
Provide regular reporting to programme leadership.
Drive delivery against agreed timelines, quality standards, and business outcomes.

Essential Experience
Proven experience delivering large-scale enterprise:
Windows 11 migrations and deployments
Windows 10 migrations and deployments
Windows 365 / Cloud PC rollouts
Strong End User Computing (EUC) project delivery background.
Experience leading technology transformation programmes across complex global organisations.
Demonstrable experience migrating and deploying technology solutions to thousands of users, ideally across multiple regions and business functions.
Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior business and technology leaders.
Ideal Background
Large-scale enterprise environments supporting tens of thousands of users.
Significant experience delivering transformation programmes within Finance and Financial Services organisations.
Proven track record managing complex deployment and adoption programmes at scale.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Project Manager with extensive large-scale Windows transformation experience and a strong track record of delivering successful enterprise-wide deployments.
