Hampshire County Council are currently recruiting for a permanent IT PM for an upcoming projectPermanent - salary up to 63kHybrid - Office in Winchester Pension, holiday, benefits etcRole PurposeThe Project Manager is responsible for leading and managing projects, programmes, and project teams to ensure agreed objectives are delivered within time, cost, quality, and scope constraints. The role plays a critical part in project governance, stakeholder engagement, risk management, and benefits realisation.The post holder will lead project delivery activities of increasing complexity and scale, ranging from individual work packages and small projects through to large, high-profile programmes and portfolios. At higher grades, the role includes leadership of organisational change, management of strategic stakeholder relationships, supplier and contract management, and line management responsibilities.
