IT Project ManagerHampshire / Hybrid - 2 days per week onsiteUp to 65,000 per annum + benefits packageActive SC clearance The OpportunityWe are looking for an experienced, delivery-focused Project Manager to join a high-performing Defence and Technology organisation, delivering complex engineering, technology, product development and research projects.This is a hands-on project delivery role for someone who can demonstrate a proven track record of taking projects from planning through to successful delivery.You''ll work closely with multidisciplinary technical teams, customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders, taking ownership of project performance across time, cost, quality, risk and delivery.What You''ll Be DoingTake ownership of the planning and delivery of projects from initiation through to completion.Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, milestones and resource plans.Drive delivery against agreed cost, time, quality and performance objectives.Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary project teams.Monitor project progress and proactively manage risks, issues, dependencies and changes.Manage project resources and ensure effective team utilisation.Build strong working relationships with customers, subcontractors, partners and internal stakeholders.Lead project meetings, ensuring actions and decisions are clearly captured and followed through.Maintain accurate project documentation, reporting and governance.Monitor project expenditure and support ..... full job details .....
