We are seeking a highly skilled IT Project Manager for our client to lead the development and successful delivery of ICT projects throughout their organisation.

The role involves managing project scope, budgets, and timelines, ensuring quality standards, and coordinating internal teams and external providers. You will oversee multiple projects from inception to implementation, including digital transformation initiatives, and support continuous improvement of project management practices.

IT Project Manager Position Overview

• Lead end-to-end delivery of ICT projects, ensuring project scope, budgets, and deadlines are met.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, track milestones, and manage risks proactively.
• Coordinate with senior management, internal teams, and external stakeholders to secure resources and ensure successful project delivery.
• Gather and document comprehensive project requirements and ensure they align with business objectives.
• Manage multiple project budgets ranging from four to six figures.
• Facilitate user acceptance testing, training, and transition to live environment.
• Continuously review and improve project management processes.
• Communicate effectively across all levels of the organisation and produce relevant documentation and reports.

IT Project Manger Position Requirements

• Formal project management qualification (e.g., PRINCE2, Agile Scrum Master).
• Proven experience managing ICT and digital transformation projects.
• Technical understanding of IT applications and infrastructure.
• Excellent planning, resource management, and risk mitigation skills.

IT Project Manager Salary & Package Details

• Salary: -40,000 - -45,000
• 40 days holiday including bank holidays
• Working hours: 35 hours per week, with flexible start and finish times
• Hybrid working: 2-3 days in the Glasgow office each week
