IT Project Manager - 6 Month FTC Location: SurbitonSalary: £65,000Contract: 6 Month Fixed-Term Contract We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to join a wider business transformation programme and lead the delivery of several key technology and systems implementation projects. The initial focus will be the implementation of a new HR Information System (HRIS), alongside responsibility for other technology-enabled change projects across the organisation. The Role You will take ownership of projects from planning through to implementation and BAU handover, acting as the key link between internal business teams, IT stakeholders and external technology suppliers. This is a hands-on delivery role requiring strong project governance, vendor management and stakeholder engagement, including regular communication with senior leadership. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end delivery of business systems and SaaS implementation projects. Take ownership of the HRIS implementation programme. Manage multiple workstreams across a wider transformation portfolio. Develop and maintain project plans, RAID logs, status reports and Statements of Work. Manage project budgets, timelines, resources and dependencies. Coordinate internal stakeholders, subject matter experts and third-party suppliers. Identify and manage project risks, issues and delivery blockers. Provide clear project updates to senior stakeholders and governance groups.
