The initial focus will be the implementation of a new HR Information System (HRIS), alongside responsibility for other technology-enabled change projects across the organisation. The Role You will take ownership of projects from planning through to implementation and BAU handover, acting as the key link between internal business teams, IT stakeholders and external technology suppliers. This is a hands-on delivery role requiring strong project governance, vendor management and stakeholder engagement, including regular communication with senior leadership.
