IT Project Delivery Engineer - Managed ServicesWolverhampton Onsite £55,000 - £65,000Our client, a growing and highly successful Managed Services Provider, is seeking an experienced IT Project Delivery Engineer to join their team in Wolverhampton.This is an exciting opportunity for a technically capable and customer-focused professional who enjoys working across the full project lifecycle, from solution design and pre-sales consultancy through to project delivery, implementation and ongoing technical support.The role offers a unique blend of technical leadership, project management and client engagement. You will act as a senior escalation point for the Service Desk whilst leading infrastructure and cloud projects for a diverse customer base. Working closely with clients, you will help design and deliver business-critical technology solutions across Microsoft cloud and on-premises environments.Key Responsibilities: Acting as a senior escalation point for complex technical issues across the Service Desk.Managing and delivering infrastructure and cloud projects from initial scoping through to completion.Working with clients to understand business requirements and design appropriate technical solutions.Supporting the pre-sales process, including technical discussions, solution design and proposals.Delivering Microsoft 365, Azure and on-premises server projects.Producing technical documentation, project plans and implementation guides.Managing project timelines, risks and ..... full job details .....
