IT Programme Manager £70,000 Hybrid (Taunton 3 days/week) Our client is looking for an IT Programme Manager to lead the delivery of major IT and business change programmes for a well-established not-for-profit organisation making a genuine difference in the sector it serves. Every project you deliver here translates directly into a better experience for the people the organisation supports. Reporting to the Head of IT and leading a small project management team, you''ll be the driving force behind the design, delivery and rollout of IT solutions across the business. You ll be working hand-in-hand with internal teams, business stakeholders and third-party providers to make sure change actually lands. What you''ll be doing Owning delivery of the IT programme and portfolio that underpins the organisation''s strategic direction Leading process mapping and requirements gathering with business experts, translating complex needs into clear, actionable project and programme deliverables Managing the resolution of design and technical issues through close collaboration with project teams and end users Ensuring new systems and processes integrate smoothly with existing ways of working, minimising disruption to frontline services Building a highly engaging, service-focused culture across the IT team and the wider business Managing, coaching and developing your direct reports, including performance, absence and PDRs Setting the standard for project governance, best practice and ..... full job details .....
