Contract: 9 months initially

Rate: From -600 per day via Umbrella Company

Working Pattern: Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm, occasional out of hours

What''s in Store for You?
As an IT Procurement Consultant, you will play a critical role in shaping procurement strategies that make a difference. With an annual IT Software spend of approximately $200M, you will lead strategic sourcing projects, collaborate with suppliers, and drive improvements across global policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage critical global strategic sourcing and procurement projects within the IT Software category.
• Conduct strategic sourcing events: collect, analyse, and present data and recommendations to various management levels.
• Negotiate contracts and prices across Marketing, HR, Print, Business Services, and Applications categories.
• Create multi-year strategic sourcing roadmaps and educate the enterprise on market trends.
• Collaborate with suppliers to enhance value and drive innovation.
• Manage the RFx process (RFP, RFI, RFQ) from development to award.
• draught and review various agreements, ensuring compliance with risk control functions.
• Support regulatory compliance and monitor supplier adherence to contracts.
• Present procurement performance metrics to senior management.

What We''re Looking For:

• Experience in a global finance organisation.
• Extensive background in sourcing or procurement, particularly in indirect sourcing.
• In-depth knowledge of Software/Banking Applications category.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with ERP systems like SAP Ariba, Peoplesoft, and Coupa.
• Superior project management skills with keen attention to detail.
• Bachelor''s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or Finance; MBA or advanced degree is a strong plus.
• Professional designation in Procurement/Supply Chain Management (e.g., CSCP, CPM) is advantageous.
