IT Platform Engineer (Dynamics 365 Experience)Location: Remote - once a month in Leeds We''re on the hunt for a skilled IT Platform Engineer with solme experience in Dynamics 365 to join a brand-new Platform Engineering team. The role will focus on designing, building, and maintaining internal developer platforms (IDP) and infrastructure that power our organisation''s applications and services.You will collaborate closely with software engineering, DevOps, IT, and cyber security teams to ensure our platforms are secure, scalable, and highly reliable, enabling seamless delivery of business-critical services. This role is ideal for a proactive engineer who enjoys automation, problem-solving, and optimising complex systems while supporting business transformation and innovation.Key Responsibilities:Design, build, and maintain internal developer platforms to enhance software delivery processes.Support and optimise Microsoft Dynamics 365 environments, integrating them with core platform services.Develop and automate CI/CD pipelines, APIs, and workflows to improve developer experience and accelerate deployment.Ensure platform reliability, scalability, and performance, monitoring SLOs and SLIs to proactively address issues.Lead automation initiatives to reduce technical debt and improve operational efficiency across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments.Provide technical support and root cause analysis for high-priority incidents, following blameless post-mortem ..... full job details .....
