IT Operations Manager

IT Operations Manager is sought by a high-growth FinTech based in Nottingham that operates at the forefront of AI innovation across financial services. As the business continues to grow internationally, they''re looking for an experienced IT Operations Manager to take ownership of their corporate IT environment and help build a secure, scalable and well-run technology operation. This is a hands-on role for someone who relishes the autonomy to drive change. You''ll own the day-to-day IT environment, manage key technology partners, strengthen security and operational controls, and identify opportunities to automate repetitive processes. This isn''t a traditional infrastructure management role, and you won''t simply be managing a helpdesk. You''ll be responsible for creating an IT operating model that can scale with the business.
