IT Operations Manager (Datacentre)

Data Centre Manager Installation, Integration and Connectivity BASED IN DUBAI We are looking for an experienced Data Centre Manager to lead the successful delivery of installation, integration and connectivity projects across a diverse portfolio of customer and infrastructure environments. This is a key leadership role with responsibility for day-to-day operational performance, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to a consistently high standard, leading multidisciplinary teams, coordinate contractors and technical specialists, and work closely with customers and internal stakeholders. You ll take ownership of operational delivery across multiple projects and sites, with responsibilities including: Leading, coaching and developing operational teams to deliver against business objectives, KPIs and SLAs. Overseeing the planning and delivery of installation and integration projects from mobilisation through to successful completion. Coordinating technical teams, construction teams, contractors, suppliers and other delivery partners. Ensuring projects are appropriately resourced and sites are ready with the required people, materials and equipment. Managing operational budgets, resources and commercial performance. Applying practical knowledge of connectivity solutions, including network infrastructure, structured cabling, wireless technologies and communications systems.
