Through our knowledge, people and technology, we have enabled 1000s of partners to better safeguard their customers'' cloud environments and protect their value online assets.About the role:Supporting and assisting in the maintenance and continuation of day-to-day responsibilities of the IT Operations Team, working within the team to follow guidance from senior staff.Supporting and maintaining various aspects of technical operations of the business to ensure the smooth functioning of internal systems and infrastructure.Assisting day-to-day tasks related to security, hardware maintenance, software support, and both internal and external support services.Collaborate with other teams and team members to address technical issues and support business operations, whilst dedicating time to both work-based learning and study for the apprenticeship qualification.Works under the guidance of the Technology Operations Manager EMEA.Responsibilities:Provide support for both internal and external users, responding to enquiries and resolving technical issues.Provide technical support and assistance on internal infrastructure, hardware, and software.Collaborate with your colleagues ..... full job details .....
