Based in Sheffield with a hybrid working arrangement, you''ll play a key role in ensuring their technology environment is secure, reliable and aligned with business needs. Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain the organisation''s IT infrastructure, ensuring high levels of availability, performance and security. Administer and support Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online and SharePoint. Configure, manage and optimise Microsoft Azure environments, ensuring best practice for security, governance and performance. Oversee IT operations, monitoring system health and proactively resolving infrastructure issues. Lead the provision of IT support services, ensuring end users receive a responsive and high-quality support experience. Manage incident, problem and change processes to minimise disruption to business operations. Work closely with third-party suppliers and technology partners to deliver effective IT services.
