You will serve as the first point of contact for IT assistance to our store network and head office. This position is based onsite at our Head Office on the edge of the City Centre, but occasional travel and overnight stays may be required. Key responsibilities: 1st line support, diagnosing hardware and software faults and solving technical and applications problems. Liaise with end-users to ensure issues are resolved. Helpdesk support on a variety of back office applications. Install and configure computer hardware, operating systems and applications. Set up new hardware and recycle old hardware. Approve permission change requests and starter and leaver management. Assist with the support of Active Directory. Ensure licences are assigned and/or renewed as needed. Assist with the roll-out of new applications.
