IT Network Engineer

Network Engineer - Field BasedSalary: £40,000 - £45,000 + benefitsLocation: Northern Ireland - Field BasedFull-timeWe are currently recruiting for an experienced Network Engineer to join an established communications and technology business in a field-based role.This is an excellent opportunity for a technically capable Network Engineer who enjoys working directly with customers and delivering practical networking solutions across a range of sites.The RoleReporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for the installation, configuration, commissioning and ongoing support of network equipment at customer premises.Your responsibilities will include:Installing and supporting network infrastructure at customer sites.Configuring and troubleshooting LAN/WAN solutions.Working with switches, firewalls and Wi-Fi infrastructure.Providing remote and office-based technical support where required.Diagnosing faults and delivering effective solutions.Liaising with customers, suppliers, partners and third-party network providers.Providing customer training and technical guidance.Completing installation, configuration and commissioning documentation.Supporting onsite maintenance and network projects.Ensuring customer issues are resolved promptly and professionally.Participating in a 24/7 on-call rota as required.Travelling to customer sites across Northern Ireland, Ireland and the UK.About YouWe are looking for someone with a minimum of 3 years'' experience in Network Engineering ..... full job details .....
