IT Network AdministratorWorking pattern: Initially office-based, with flexibility to work on a hybrid basis following successful completion of probationWorking hours: 8:00am-4:00pm, 8:30am-4:30pm, 9:00am-5:00pm or 10:00am-6:00pmDepartment: ITWe are looking for an experienced IT Network Administrator to support the implementation, maintenance and continued improvement of a complex IT network environment.This is a varied technical role covering wired and wireless networking, VMware administration, network security, infrastructure projects and third-line support. You will help maintain a reliable and secure network across multiple sites while supporting ongoing upgrades and improvement projects.Key responsibilitiesInstall, maintain and troubleshoot Cisco and HP wired and wireless networks.Provide third-line technical support for complex infrastructure and networking issues.Administer and support VMware environments.Maintain and patch network switches, wireless LAN controllers and access points.Monitor and maintain network communication cabinets and associated infrastructure.Support the design and development of network architecture and infrastructure models.Manage cloud connectivity and ensure reliable access to cloud-based services.Administer network security controls, including access control lists and Cisco ISE.Conduct vulnerability testing, Microsoft baseline assessments and vulnerability remediation.Maintain high availability across internet connectivity, servers, wireless ..... full job details .....
