We''re seeking experienced and enthusiastic IT Multi-Skills Trainers to deliver high-impact training across our college group and at customer premises. You\''ll help learners unlock the full potential of digital tools and platforms wherever they are.Key Responsibilities
To deliver both practical and theoretical training sessions to a range of customers and clients either onsite or at employers premises.To write training courses and specifications as required.To devise a range of effective training materials, including on-line materials.To provide effective feedback to clients.To undertake evaluation to drive improvement.To be fully conversant with course regulations and specifications for the defined area thus ensuring conformity and best practice.To support the development and delivery of related programmes.Ideal candidate / Qualifications
Relevant industry experience in one or more of the following:Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat)Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Excel)Power BIAI Tools and Technologies (ChatGPT, Copilot, automation)
Level 3 (or equivalent) in a related subject or equivalent experienceThe ability to deliver outstanding teaching to a wide range of learners.An understanding of safeguarding vulnerable groupsStaff Benefits
