Working as part of a dedicated project team, you will be responsible for assisting users throughout the migration process, ensuring their devices, accounts, emails, files, and Microsoft services are successfully transitioned into a new Microsoft tenancy with minimal disruption. This is a hands-on role combining technical tasks with excellent customer service, as you'll guide users through the migration process, answer questions, and ensure everything is fully operational before sign-off. The role is primarily based in Telford but will require travel to sites across Shropshire and Staffordshire. A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential.
