IT Mandamp;A Integration ManagerLocation: Milton Keynes, UK (On-site, 5 days per week) Salary: up to £77,500 per annum Permanent, full-timeOur client is seeking a Business Integration andamp; Transition Manager to support its ongoing acquisition strategy, leading the integration of newly acquired businesses from initial IT due diligence through to post-acquisition implementation.This role combines business analysis, technical understanding and project delivery, requiring someone who can assess a target business''s IT environment, identify integration requirements and develop and deliver a practical integration plan.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct IT due diligence on prospective acquisitions, assessing systems, applications, infrastructure, processes and resources.Map acquired businesses'' IT environments against the existing organisation to identify gaps, risks and integration requirements.Develop integration plans and recommend the most effective approach to aligning systems and processes.Lead and coordinate post-acquisition IT integration activities, ensuring successful delivery.Identify potential challenges and integration risks early, providing practical recommendations to stakeholders.Work collaboratively with business leaders, technical teams and stakeholders to drive integration outcomes.About YouProven experience in Mandamp;A integration, ideally within an acquisition-focused environment.Experience conducting pre-acquisition due diligence and mapping acquired businesses ..... full job details .....
