You’ll work closely with operational teams, Group IT and external partners to support users, improve systems and help deliver ongoing Business Central development. The role Act as the main Business Central contact, providing user support, troubleshooting and guidance. Support the implementation, testing, rollout and continued development of Business Central. Work with teams across the business to identify opportunities to improve systems, processes and reporting. Manage requirements and work with developers, suppliers and Group IT on system enhancements. Provide local IT support covering Microsoft 365, Windows, hardware, printers, Wi-Fi, basic networking and mobile devices.
