IT Manager

We re looking for an experienced IT professional to take ownership of business systems and technology across the business, with a particular focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. You ll work closely with operational teams, Group IT and external partners to support users, improve systems and help deliver ongoing Business Central development. The role Act as the main Business Central contact, providing user support, troubleshooting and guidance. Support the implementation, testing, rollout and continued development of Business Central. Work with teams across the business to identify opportunities to improve systems, processes and reporting. Manage requirements and work with developers, suppliers and Group IT on system enhancements. Provide local IT support covering Microsoft 365, Windows, hardware, printers, Wi-Fi, basic networking and mobile devices. Support tablets and handheld technology used across warehouse and operational environments. Act as a local escalation point for IT issues and work with the central helpdesk to resolve incidents. Identify opportunities for automation, digital improvement and greater operational efficiency. Build strong relationships with users and managers across the business and travel between sites when required. Work within Group IT standards and company requirements covering cybersecurity, health and safety and environmental responsibilities.
