Job title: IT Manager Location: Belfast Duration: Full time, Permanent Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 per annum REED Technology are delighted to partner with a fantastic Government organisation who are seeking an IT Manager to join their team. The IT Manager is responsible for leading the IT function to ensure effective delivery, support and strategic development of IT services across the organisation. The postholder will manage a team who is focused on optimising the use of Microsoft 365 and SaaS platforms to enhance productivity, security and digital transformation. They will provide technical management expertise and operational oversight to company infrastructure, systems and networks; and develop effective working relationships with internal colleagues and external stakeholders Key Responsibilities: ICT service and Operations management • Oversee the planning, implementation and maintenance of IT systems/networks • Administration and optimisation of Microsoft 365 services. • Manage SaaS applications including licensing, integration, and vendor relationships. • Ensure robust cybersecurity and information security practices and compliance with ISO27001, Cyber Essentials Plus and GDPR • Oversee the end-to-end implementation of technology projects • Stay up to date with technical advancements and trends to make informed decisions • Manage IT infrastructure, service desk operations, and user support. • Monitor SLAs, KPIs, and user satisfaction • Monitor system performance, ..... full job details .....
