ReAgents IT Manager will lead the development and delivery of our IT systems. This is a senior role, reporting directly to the Managing Director. It requires a proactive individual with vision and the ability to think strategically. The successful candidate will take ownership of infrastructure, systems development, and software transitions. They will also ensure that users are fully trained, engaged, and confident with new systems and ways of working.Responsibilities

Develop and implement an IT strategyProvide strategic advice and reports to the BoardPlan and implement new systemsDevelop procedures to ensure efficiency, security and scalabilityDeliver training programmes to ensure effective adoption of new systemsOversee infrastructure, cybersecurity, data management and complianceManage relationships with external partners and service providersLead a small IT teamRequired Skills and Experience

Proven experience as an IT Manager (or equivalent), including leading a teamStrong track record of developing and delivering IT strategyKnowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levelsDemonstrable experience in managing system transitions, including trainingStrong understanding of infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity and cloud solutionsExperience in manufacturing, chemicals, or regulated industries (desirable)Knowledge of Power BI, SharePoint, or other Microsoft technologies (desirable)Qualifications

Degree or equivalent qualification in IT, Computer Science, or related fieldProject management certification (desirable)Salary
