This role will act as the central point for all IT-related activities, ensuring systems operate effectively, resolving technical issues promptly, and identifying opportunities to enhance processes and standards. This position is highly hands-on and requires a broad technical capability, providing support across 1st to 3rd line, working closely with third-party vendors, and contributing towards shaping IT strategy.
