IT Manager - Permanent c.£55k - £60k + Benefits Package Location: On-site - South-West London - occasional travel to Central London Must be Eligible to work in the UK Leading education organisation is seeking an experienced IT Manager, ideally with experience of consolidating IT Services across multiple sites, standardising Technology Platforms and establishing consistent IT Support and MSP provision. The role combines hands-on IT Management with team leadership, Technology Strategy and Service Improvement across x3 London sites. A key focus will be bringing predominantly Microsoft environments into a Shared IT Operating Model, aligning platforms, consolidating MSP provision and developing consistent service standards. This opportunity would suit an IT Manager with proven management experience who can lead day-to-day operations while overseeing IT Standardisation, Supplier Selection and Service Improvement. ROLE: IT Service Delivery: Lead IT Services, Infrastructure and Support, ensuring reliable delivery to Staff and Pupils - 400 Staff and 2,000 Pupils IT Consolidation and Strategy: Develop the IT Roadmap, standardise platforms and processes, and deliver projects from business case through to implementation. MSP Selection and Management: Lead RFI/RFP exercises, evaluate suppliers and oversee the transition to a shared MSP with clear service standards.
