IT Manager
Role Purpose Reporting to the Group Technical Director, the IT Manager is responsible for leading the day-to-day IT operations across the business, ensuring the stable, secure, and effective delivery of infrastructure, end-user support, business systems, supplier management, and continuous IT service improvement. The role is responsible for translating business and technology strategy into operational delivery, managing both internal and third-party resources, and ensuring that IT services, standards, security controls, and change initiatives are delivered effectively. Key Responsibilities Lead the day-to-day IT operations across the business, ensuring reliable support for infrastructure, devices, business applications, networks, and end users. Implement IT strategy, standards, and policies in line with business priorities and the Group Technical Director''s direction. Manage internal IT resources and third-party suppliers, including service performance, issue escalation, delivery coordination, and accountability against agreed outcomes. Oversee infrastructure and hardware operations, including network services, servers, storage, workstation and device management, and core office technology. Ensure the effective administration and support of software and business applications, including Microsoft 365, ERP, and other business-critical platforms.
