This will be a standalone IT role within the organisation so the candidate will need to be happy to get stuck into all aspects of IT. The organisation work with a MSP for technical support, however you will be dealing with all day to day IT which could be anything from simple to advanced technical support, managing external IT providers and working on various IT projects and system improvements.
