IT Manager

Kenneth Brian Associates are recruiting for an IT Manager to join a well-established organisation in the professional services industry. This will be a standalone IT role within the organisation so the candidate will need to be happy to get stuck into all aspects of IT. The organisation work with a MSP for technical support, however you will be dealing with all day to day IT which could be anything from simple to advanced technical support, managing external IT providers and working on various IT projects and system improvements. Please note - This role will be predominantly office based in Coulsdon however there may be rare occasions you will need to travel to the organisations smaller offices.Key responsibilities include:Providing 1st 2nd and some 3rd line support across the businessSupporting internal employees with any technical issues they may encounter whether that be hardware, software or connection issuesManaging Microsoft Azure, Active Directory and Office 365 environmentsSupporting servers, virtual environments, networking, and security systemsManaging DNS, DHCP, routers, switches, firewalls and VoIP systemsWorking alongside the MSP for escalated IT issuesLead and support IT projects, upgrades, migrations and process improvementsExperience required:Previous hands on experience working within an Infrastructure environment, for an SME organisationStrong Microsoft cloud and infrastructure knowledgeVoIP systems experience as well as Active DirectoryExperience working ..... full job details .....
