Key Responsibilities As IT Operations Manager, you will: Manage and maintain the firm''s network, infrastructure, and hybrid server environment. Oversee IT budgets, forecasting, and cost management. Lead disaster recovery, business continuity, backup, and risk management processes. Implement and maintain effective cyber security, network security, and data protection measures. Maintain the firm''s Cyber Essentials Plus (CE+) accreditation. Provide and oversee 2nd and 3rd line technical support across hardware, software, operating systems, telephony, and printing services. Manage Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 environments. Lead, mentor, and support a small IT team of two. Manage supplier relationships, contracts, renewals, and procurement.
