IT Manager (Internal Systems)

Manage and provide technical support Microsoft 365, cloud services, devices, business applications, and core infrastructure. Maintain a secure, resilient, and high-performing technology estate. Act as the key point of contact between internal users and technical teams. Manage sensitive and business-critical technical issues that require direct ownership. Drive improvements in user experience, operational efficiency, and service delivery. Support business continuity, cyber security, and compliance initiatives.
