Key responsibilities:Managing cross functional IT department operations - infrastructure, service desk, and softwareManaging team performance and continuous professional development of membersVendor Management, Resource planningContinuous improvement of the IT department as a whole - Infrastructure, network, cloud environment, business systems, and applications.Budgets, Forecasting and reporting of performance analyticsStakeholder CommunicationInformation Security, Cyber Security, Governance, Risk and ComplianceResponsible for DR and backup strategyIdentify and mitigate vulnerabilities and risks, communicate appropriatelyFormulate and deliver the technology roadmap.Project management and deliveryOversee the SDLC and STLC You should have experience ..... full job details .....
