A cloud-first organisation is seeking an experienced IT Manager to take ownership of its digital environment, drive cybersecurity assurance, and lead supplier performance in a fully outsourced support model. You''ll be the strategic and operational lead for IT - managing vendors, overseeing the Salesforce platform, ensuring compliance, and driving continuous improvement across systems, security, and service delivery. IT Manager role Lead and develop the IT team; set clear objectives and drive a high-performance culture. Own the Salesforce platform - architecture, integrations, data quality, access control, and release management. Manage MSP performance, SLAs, incident trends, and service risks. Oversee supplier relationships, contract renewals, licensing, and cost optimisation. Lead cybersecurity governance, including DSPT and Cyber Essentials PLUS. Act as DPO and Information Security Officer. Manage IT budgets, procurement, and strategic planning. Identify opportunities for automation, innovation, and digital improvement. IT Manager profile Strong experience managing cloud-based IT environments. Proven success leading outsourced IT services and MSPs.
